I was skeptical at how well it would work as a replacement, but I am thoroughly impressed! It can produce more some with easy for multiple cocktails than I could ever accomplish with the torch. The simplicity of use is impressive, and the device works flawlessly. One of the few times you get exactly what you hope for with a new product.
