• Worldwide Shipping: We can ship worldwide. If you are unable to checkout because we currently do not have a shipping rule set up for your country, please contact customer service at support@orifuture.com, and we can create a custom shipping option just for you.
• Address Changes:
• Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes are free of charge during this period.
• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be successful. If your order has been in transit for several days, please contact us for assistance.
• Tracking Orders: After we have shipped the order, you can track the package via the order tracking tool. If the customer cannot be reached or does not accept delivery of the product after these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.
• Damaged or Defective Items: We only ship brand new products. If you receive a product that is not artificially damaged or functions abnormally, we will issue a full refund or replacement for this defective product at no additional cost to you. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
• Customs Taxes:
• When goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and should ensure that your purchase complies fully with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported.

• Due to differing customs requirements, our list of deliverable countries may vary. For the countries listed above, we will handle customs clearance. For orders shipped to countries not listed, customers are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable taxes. Additionally, we may request that customers provide the necessary documents for shipping procedures. In the event that shipping regulations hinder delivery, we reserve the right to issue a refund.
