Worldwide Shipping: We can ship worldwide. If you are unable to checkout because we currently do not have a shipping rule set up for your country, please contact customer service at support@orifuture.com, and we can create a custom shipping option just for you.

Address Changes:

Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes are free of charge during this period.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be successful. If your order has been in transit for several days, please contact us for assistance.

Tracking Orders: After we have shipped the order, you can track the package via the order tracking tool. If the customer cannot be reached or does not accept delivery of the product after these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items: We only ship brand new products. If you receive a product that is not artificially damaged or functions abnormally, we will issue a full refund or replacement for this defective product at no additional cost to you.
