I know it says water needs to have certain particle counts, but even when i tried it with my local tap water the ice came out perfect. The only thing is i need to leave it for about 20 hours instead of the 16 hours. I use the sphere, cube, and diamond all came out perfect over several rounds.

I came across this product from an ad and decided to give it a try. These molds are significantly easier to use than any competitor’s products and they yield perfect ice every time. I also do appreciate that they send extra liner cups too. Great product!
