I like the ice designs and customer service was amazing in correcting an issue when they accidentally sent the wrong items. I appreciated their quick response and their products. I would highly recommend them if someone is looking for unique cubes for their drinks.

Obviously this is more for alcohol on the rock for a nice presentation and not for cocktails where you pour your alcohol and mixer above the ice xD
I was incredibly excited about this mold. It might be one of the longest pre-orders I’ve ever waited for.
Unfortunately the ice is way to big for all my collins glasses (have 4 sizes) to make any proper Ratio high ball. Needs to be smaller diameter or an inch shorter.
Great concept but fails at execution.
Plese re engineer the size to make a proper cocktail.

For the price, it did not come with the drip pan, the claw to extract the ice and or instructions on how to use. I had to buy the ice tray but it also comes with no instructions. I like the concept but doing it without instructions is crazy.
Extra liners are a good idea. Especially if you make a lot of cubes.
